At your Initial Appointment

At your initial appointment, you will meet your Urology Consultant and they will discuss your symptoms, medical and family history and may also perform a physical examination and/or request further diagnostics (such as blood work, lab tests, or X-rays).  Once your physician has all of the results from your initial assessment, they will devise your treatment plan.  At any point during your consultation(s) and treatment, you can ask any questions you have so that you understand your condition and the path for treatment and wellness.

It will be most helpful if you can please bring all relevant urological-related information of your medical history including previous test results, X-ray reports/films.  This will ensure your physician is fully informed to make the most accurate diagnosis and a personalized treatment plan for you.

All appointments must be scheduled in advance as we are unable to accept walk-ins.

After your first appointment, your urologist will give further guidelines ranging from further diagnostics and lab tests to treatment plans. Our laboratory service will run all the necessary tests and blood work for your consultation after which your physician will make a diagnosis and prescribe the relevant medications, suggest procedures and provide treatment plans.

What will your treatment plan look like?

You can expect your treatment plan to include physical therapy in the form of exercises best suited for your particular urological condition, as well as dietary changes and suggestions. In essence, a combination of both natural and surgical solutions to help you recover in the most efficient manner.

Follow-up for recovery progress

Your physicians will also brief you on the schedule for follow-up consultations for observation and follow-up on your recovery.
